Burnside Real Estate LLC is the real estate business of Zach Burnside, a commercial real estate broker focused on multifamily investment property in Minneapolis. Northeast Minneapolis is home base: duplexes, fourplexes, and small apartment buildings are the bread and butter.

Most of the work is helping owners sell tenant-occupied buildings. That means pricing off real numbers (in-place rents, actual expenses, comps I pull myself), coordinating showings around tenants the right way, and putting the property in front of a buyer pool that's highly qualified and ready to move fast.

Brokerage services are provided through MRG Realty Partners, where Zach's Minnesota real estate license is held.

Text Messaging Program

Burnside Real Estate LLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate with current tenants of properties we represent and with prospective buyers and tenants who have provided their phone number and consented to be contacted. Tenants provide their phone number through their lease or rental application with the property owner, who authorizes us to send notices regarding the property. Others opt in by providing their phone number when requesting a showing or submitting an inquiry.

Messages include notices of scheduled property showings, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notices, and replies to inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
